Shipping & Return Policy

At LEXORA, we uphold the highest
standards of excellence. Our shipping and return policies are designed to
protect the integrity of our premium products and ensure that your experience reflects The Code of Luxury
from our facilities to your space.

1. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Times: Standard orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Bespoke, customized, or large-scale B2B orders may require up to 14 business days.
  • High-Value Orders: To initiate the manufacturing and processing of orders valued at EGP 25000 or more, a 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Please carefully inspect your items with the courier upon arrival. Any transit damage or missing parts must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. LEXORA cannot compensate for physical damages reported after this
    window.
  • Shipping Fees: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges within
14 days of receiving your order, strictly under the following conditions:

  • If you notify us about the return but fail to complete the return process (e.g., via courier or in person) before the 14 days have elapsed, we will not accept the return or exchange.
  • Products sent to us without prior return request will not be accepted.
  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, sealed packaging, completely unused, and uninstalled. Products that have been assembled, wired, or physically altered will not be accepted.
  • Bespoke & Customized Products: Any item modified to your specifications (e.g., customized wire lengths, specific paint finishes, or
    altered bases) is considered a final sale and is not eligible for a refund
    or exchange.
  • Installment Purchases: For orders paid via installment methods, partial returns are not permitted. If you wish to return, the entire order must
    be returned to process the refund.
  • Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be securely packaged; damage caused by improper return packaging is the customer's responsibility.

 3. Manufacturing Defects & Maintenance

  • If a manufacturing defect is discovered after installation (within the 14-day window), our technical
    team will service the item up to three times to ensure it meets our rigorous safety standards.
  • If the defect persists after three
    maintenance attempts, the item will be replaced with the exact same product. Exchanges for different models are not permitted in this scenario.


Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and
inspected at our warehouse, approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10
business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method, bank
transfer, or e-wallet (excluding shipping costs).
