🚚 Shipping & Return Policy
At LEXORA, we believe that the acquisition of premium pieces should be as flawless as the designs themselves. Our shipping and return protocols are meticulously structured to protect the integrity of our collection, ensuring your experience reflects The Code of Luxury from our facilities directly to your space.

1. Delivery & Fulfillment Journey
Every order is handled with absolute precision. Our delivery timelines are structured as follows:
 • Standard Curated Orders: Processed within 7 to 10 business days.
 • Bespoke & B2B Orders: Customized or large-scale projects require meticulous         attention and may take up to 14 business days.
 • High-Value Acquisitions: To commence the exclusive manufacturing and processing of orders valued at EGP 25,000 or above, a 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
📌 The Seal of Inspection: We kindly request our clients to carefully inspect their items alongside the courier upon arrival. To maintain our standard of quality, any transit damage or missing elements must be reported within strictly 24 hours of receipt. LEXORA cannot process compensation for physical damages reported outside this window.
(Note: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and location. Original shipping fees are non-refundable).

🔄 Return & Exchange Protocol
We curate experiences, and your absolute satisfaction is our priority. Should your selection require an exchange or return, we accommodate requests within 14 days of receipt, strictly governed by the following refined criteria:
 • Process Completion: The return process (whether via courier or in-person) must be fully executed before the 14-day window elapses. Requests initiated but not completed within this timeframe will not be honored.
 • Prior Authorization: Items dispatched to our facilities without a formally approved prior return request will not be accepted.
 • Pristine Condition: Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging, completely unused, and uninstalled. Any items that show signs of assembly, wiring, or physical alteration will be immediately declined.
 • Exclusively Yours (Bespoke Items): Pieces crafted or modified specifically to your specifications (e.g., tailored wire lengths, exclusive paint finishes, or altered bases) are considered a final sale and are strictly ineligible for refund or exchange.
 • Installment Acquisitions: For orders facilitated through installment plans, partial returns are not permitted. The entire acquisition must be returned to successfully process the refund.
 • Return Logistics: For change-of-mind returns, the client assumes responsibility for return shipping costs. Items must be impeccably and securely packaged; any damage incurred during the return transit due to improper packaging remains the client’s liability.

🛠️ Flawless Craftsmanship & Maintenance
We stand by the exceptional quality of our collection. However, should an anomaly occur:
 • If a manufacturing defect surfaces post-installation (within the 14-day window), our elite technical team will service the piece up to three times to ensure it seamlessly meets our rigorous safety and quality standards.
 • Should the discrepancy persist after three dedicated maintenance attempts, the item will be promptly replaced with the exact same model. Please note that upgrading or exchanging for a different model is not permitted under this protocol.

💳 Refund Processing
Upon receiving the items at our facilities, they will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they retain their original quality. Approved refunds will be efficiently processed within 5 to 10 business days. Funds will be seamlessly routed back to the original payment method, via bank transfer, or e-wallet (excluding initial shipping costs).
